Variation to Trinity Academy Admission Arrangements 2024/25
To comply with the determination of the Schools Adjudicator May 2024, Trinity Academy Admission Arrangements 2024/25 have been varied as follows:
- The following wording has been added to oversubscription criteria 6a of the admission arrangements (11 - 16 provision). (Highlighted in yellow on page 4 of the arrangements):
“Up to 25%” means the nearest whole number of applicants closest to 25% of the places remaining after places have been allocated under oversubscription criteria 1 – 5. - The heading ‘All Other 6th Form Applicants’ has been added to the admission arrangements (Post 16 provision). (Highlighted in yellow on page 1 of the arrangements).
- The following wording has been removed from all arrangements:
Who can apply
Applications will be accepted for children who meet one or more of the following:
- they are resident in the UK
- they hold full British Citizen Passports
- they are from countries whose passports have been endorsed to show that they have the right to abode in this country

Determination of Admission Arrangements 2024/25
In line with the School Admissions Code, Cathedral Schools Trust (CST) has determined (agreed) the admission arrangements for the academic year 2024/25 for all schools within the Trust. These arrangements are for children who will be admitted to the school at the normal point of entry for September 2024.
