CST hosted our annual staff conference at Trinity Academy on 30th October. Staff members from across all 9 CST schools came together to learn and to collaborate in the best interests of our children. Sessions were designed to meet the needs of all our staff, from teachers and support staff to professional services and site teams. This year our theme was oracy and we were joined by keynote speakers and guests. We recognise just how important it is to encourage our young people to speak with fluency and to learn and create as they do so. It is such an important life skill and one which our schools are committed to developing.
