Cathedral Schools Trust is proud to support International Women’s Day 2025. Our Women into Leadership course continues to grow and evolve. This year, women at all stages of their leadership journey have engaged with a range of CST development opportunities and training including:

• practical support with job applications and interview techniques
• taking part in leadership shadowing in schools across the Trust
• engaging with one to one coaching to explore and develop personal leadership goals
• participating in face to face training to empower female leaders to take the step from middle to senior leadership
• exploring the importance of gendered language
• discussing how to lift female voices

The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive:

The Women in Leadership training at CST has enabled me to see my potential, to know that I don’t need permission to have big goals and appreciate the powerful impact I can have. Empowering women in leadership will always be important because the world will always benefit from being more inclusive and equitable. “
