Department for Education Helpline
The Department for Education has a helpline to answer
questions about COVID-19 specifically related to education. Staff, parents
and young people can use the helpline using the details below:

Guidance for households with possible infection
If you think your child might have coronavirus, please follow the stay at home guidance available here: Link
In summary you need to:
- Stay home: do not send your child to school if they, or someone in their household, are displaying symptoms of coronavirus
- Book a test if they are displaying symptoms. Information on how to book a test is available here: Link
- Provide details of anyone they have been in contact with if they test positive or if asked by NHS Test and Trace
- Self-isolate if they have been in contact with someone who develops coronavirus symptoms or tests positive for coronavirus.
