The Cathedral Schools Trust requires the following for weekly music lessons:

  • Primary woodwind specialist
    • 2 hours of flute
    • 2 hours of clarinet
    • (Job share considered for two specialists)
  • Primary violin specialist
    • 16 hours of violin teaching
    • Ensemble leader
    • (Job share considered)
  • Primary/ Secondary percussion specialist
    • 3.5 hours of drum kit
  • Primary/ Secondary piano specialist
    • 13.5 hours of piano
    • (Job share considered)

 

Applicants should hold the equivalent of teaching diploma, or a Conservatoire/University performance degree qualification, or have a proven track record of excellence.

These are self-employed positions working at a rate of £32 per hour. The work could expand as the Cathedral Schools Trust grows.
